Bucks Harbor Marine does the total upgrade, restoration and repair of its own 14 boats. In most cases we can certainly help you with immediate repairs to keep you going on your cruise. We have skills in marine systems, gas and diesel engines, electrical gear and rigging.

We are not a boatyard. We are a yachting and charter station. Therefore, we specialize in diagnosing problems and doing the necessary work to get you underway again.

We have a small workshop on premises and a larger one across the Reach on Little Deer Isle. Our high capacity crane can handle a wide range of tasks. We also provide the full range of diving services.

BHM also maintains long relationships with Maine specialist craftsmen in a wide range of disciplines and skills who are often called in to the yard when a job is beyond our scope or schedule. This includes outboard repairs, marine electronics service, high order electrical systems, and sail repair.

When required we can also arrange for technicians from nearby boatyards or make arrangements for those yards to immediately address the problem.
