OTHER EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS I acknowledge that Buck’s Harbor Marine and/or Boat Owners, may in their discretion, decide not to charter a boat to me. I represent that the above information is accurate and understand it will be relied on by Buck’s Harbor Marine and Boat Owners iin chartering a boat to me. I represent that I am qualified to operate the boat I am seeking to charter through Buck’s Harbor Marine. I further recognize that sailing may be hazardous and I accept responsibility for my own actions and decisions in chartering and operating a boat through Buck’s Harbor Marine. I also hereby agree to indemnify and release Buck’s Harbor Marine and the Boat Owner from any and all liability for damages, including personal injury to me or others whom I invite onto the boat, or to other third parties, as well as damage to the boat, all arising in connection with my operation of a boat chartered by me through Buck’s Harbor Marine. Because of the inherent hazards of the marine environment Buck’s Harbor Marine reserves the right to refuse to charter, terminate a charter, or limit a charter to anyone based upon the Company's or authorized Buck’s Harbor personnel's sole judgement of an individual's exhibited behavior, skills, or prevailing conditions.
